Book Week

Next week will be Book Week in school and there are lots of exciting activities begin planned. Wizard Stories will be visiting us, we have some library experts coming to share their knowledge about libraries, we will all be dressing up as our favourite characters too. The animals came to school.

Last term we had some very special visitors. They arrived very early in the morning and we got to go into the big playground and meet them. You can see who they were if you watch our video.

Our fantastic new water tray!

We have a fantastic new water tray, which we would like to say a "BIG THANK YOU" to the PTA for. It has been really exciting exploring all the different pieces of equipment which came with it, such as the pipes, the funnels and the plugs.

We have been having such a brilliant time with it, thank you PTA and thank you to everyone who helped to raise the funds!

Red Nose Day 2009

Red Nose Day 09 was a fantastic day at school,

not only did we all wear crazy

socks and noses but we also had a

yummy cake sale to raise money for comic relief!

Tidy Up

We are very good at tidying up our nursery. We know when it is time to clean up as our song comes on.

The Gingerbread Man

We have been

exploring the story

'The Gingerbread Man'.

Using our imaginations we recreated the story using the small world resources.

With the kind help from Mrs Nelson (a fantastic mummy who comes in and helps us), we made some delicious gingerbread biscuits.

They were very yummy and we would like to say

'thank you Mrs Nelson for all your help!'
